Evgeny Sinichenko


Our sommelier Evgeny Sinichenko has started his career in F&B as a waiter and bartender, and at some point he realized that he would like to really understand wines at a different level. He went through multi-level training with British Sommelier School W.S.E.T.

Before joining Four Seasons, Evgeny has worked in many locations including Dubai, Moscow, Royal Caribbean cruises and luxury hotels in St. Petersburg.

Evgeny says, “Many people ask me about my favorite wine. For me, wine is philosophy. This means many factors have influence over choice of wine and how to combine it with dishes – the season, the mood I am in, the food I am contemplating.I believe in Four Seasons St Petersburg we have everything for creating perfect atmosphere and wine mood!”
